Publishing - privilege ReadVersion is not granted to X

I have the below group hierarchy :

 Members
  |- Internals
    |- Managers

and a section on which following permission are set :

 Members : Read Version
 Managers : Write

I've published a file with an "Internals" group member using the default publishing workflow. When I try to validate the publish using a "Managers" group member i get the above error.

Note I'am using distrib 5.8 with dm only and a custom studio bundle
