Hello, It looks like the Nuxeo Studio comes with only the Nuxeo Online Services subscription (Silver,Gold,Platinum). Is it possible to get Nuxeo Studio without those subscriptions with a reasonable price ?

I don't believe so.
Most everything generated by Nuxeo Studio can be done by hand. However, it requires more work and more familiarity with the Nuxeo code base.
