I am completely new to Nuxeo and other similar ECM's and have small idea of what its capable of. Really would like to know if its possible to Upload a PDF file and get as result a recognized PDF file indexed in my Data Base (it doesn't really have to work very well, it's just for a school research)? I've been reading so I heard about Tesseract and other OCR stuff and some codes . But I have no idea of what doing with those files I've downloaded? So how it works exactly? I need to configure something in Nuxeo? Drop those files in Nuxeo folder?

- I've installed Nuxeo in a Windows 7
x64 with default options;
- I am not a developer, is Nuxeo for me?
- Where should I take the first steps since the documentation haven't helped me out?
