How to hide the blob in display-view-layout

What you're looking for is to customize the BLOB_ACTIONS slot. Take a look here: https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/web-ui-slots/#blob_actions

If you want to remove those actions for all documents, you can disable all of the actions that fall into the BLOB_ACTIONS category
