How do i retrieve content view search parameters and pass them to automation chain ?

Hi, I'm using a ContentView in a tab to allow users to search specific Documents. This tab also contains a User Action (button) linked to an automation chain. I'm looking for a way to get thoses parameters passed to the automation chain when the button is pressed. Is this even possible ? What should i look for ?
