How do I remove some of the MAIN TABS in the header

I have DAM, DM, and Social Collaboration deployed. I would like to keep the features but remove access to these site areas from the header (users find it confusing). What is the best way to do that.

• Contribute in studio in Advanced Settings > XML Extensions > New > Choose a name
• copy that

If you want action id of other tabs, install explorer on you instance and look for action contributed to org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.actions.ActionService and find actions that have category MAIN_TAB
