(converted to a new question from http://answers.nuxeo.com/questions/4794/)
Sorry but the problem is solved alone. The instance is actually recorded and now we have access to hotfixes. Is there a delay between recording and taken into account?
Thanks for your answer. But I have a problem ...
I understand I have to update Nuxeo with hotfixes. Normally our Nuxeo is recorded and therefore we have access to hotfixes. But since that day we made ??the server, even if we record our Nuxeo instance, it doesn't take into account. So, we don't have access to hotfixe.
For the upgrade, we have synchronised a non-registered Nuxeo with another serveur which was registered. Does the problem can come for that ?
Thanks in advance

Please give more details:
- you have a registered server on which hotfix are installable,
- you copied that server onto another (non-registered) one,
- on that copy, hotfix are not installable?
Please explain what fails? Are there some errors in the logs?
I suggest to use your Connect account to get support for your specific case.

Vous n'avez pas de support, seulement un contrat de base avec accès à la maintenance et à Studio, c'est pourquoi vous n'avez pas accès à Jira
