I would like to add the gadget Google calendar but I'm having trouble, if someone has a step-by-step I'll be grateful.

The official Google Calendar gadget is linked to the Google OpenSocial container and so cannot be added in other containers.
You should try other unofficial gadgets if you still want to add it to your Nuxeo.
