Events to detect a document save from Live Edit?

Is it possible to detect document save from Live Edit?

I'd like to manage the state of document before and after it's modification in Word.

As per the version 6.0 which i am using we are not able to detect the document save from Live Edit. It silently saves into the DAM. Adding to it if there are 2 saves from different systems simultaneously then nothing is getting saved.

Notify me if any solutions found.
