BatchId creation API is taking too much time to response. While monitoring the APIs using NewRelic I found out that com.sun.jersey.server.impl.model.method.dispatch.AbstractResourceMethodDispatchProvider$ResponseOutInvoker/dispatch
is taking more than 1 second. Is it the default behaviour or shall I need to modify any configuration or bring it down.
