Welcome to Hyland’s Voice of Customer survey program

We are delighted to announce that you, our valued Nuxeo customers, can now voice your opinion by taking part in Hyland’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) relationship survey in 2024!

What is NPS?
NPS is a metric we use to understand the sentiment of our customer base. Your participation is extremely important to the continuous transformation efforts of our solutions, processes, services and, ultimately, customer experience.

What can you expect?
You will receive a survey once a year from CustomerFeedback@Hyland.com. The survey date corresponds to the month in which you first became a customer. The survey period for the month remains open for three weeks, and you will be sent reminder emails on a weekly basis to remind you of the closing window to make your voice heard.

You will be asked to rate your likelihood of recommending Hyland on a score between 0-10 and will be invited to explain the reasons for your score in the comments section. Please provide as much detail as possible. It is very important for us to understand what exact areas we excel at or need to improve. This will give us an opportunity to direct the feedback and ensure it is impactful.

Feedback via Community Update

Thank you to our valued customers and partners for actively participating in our refined feedback process on Hyland Community. We’ve been fortunate to receive 149 insightful submissions.

Over the past 90 days, this collaborative effort includes 41 submissions-closed that were related to Hyland departments or products. Top categories were 23 resolutions delivered, 18 closed/resolved by the Customer Experience team, 16 resolutions in process and nine submissions of praise.

To highlight some examples, two suggestions are currently in development for OnBase Foundation 25.1, and another one in Perceptive Content Foundation 24.1. Additionally, 25 product submissions have either been delivered or are in progress!

Your voices have been heard loud and clear, and we added feedback regarding the ability to view and vote on feedback submissions in our future phase later this year.

Thank you for your invaluable contributions — we are actively listening, acting and evolving our feedback process.

Hyland’s Environmental, Social and Governance report is now available

We are excited to share that Hyland’s first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report is now available on Hyland.com. An extension of our core values, the ESG report addresses our impact on the environment, dedication to our employees, relationships within local communities and governance of ESG.
