Coming soon: Enhancements to Hyland’s digital ecosystem

 

Hyland continues to review and streamline our digital properties to create one consistent and engaging experience for all customers. In support of these efforts, we are making changes to our digital collaboration platforms with updates planned over the next several months. Initial planned changes for Nuxeo Platform customers include:

  • In late Q3 2024, we will apply updates to Nuxeo Answers, transitioning content to a new Hyland collaboration platform. More about these enhancements and upcoming changes will be shared across a series of Hyland Community blog posts.
  • In late October 2024, Nuxeo Technical Support will transition from using Jira.Nuxeo.com to our proven Hyland support systems, such as Community. A careful data migration will ensure all open and recent issues are ready in the new systems. Additionally, some other Jira projects will be moving to a new, updated Jira instance. Training and resources will be available to support a smooth transition for customers leading up to these changes. Visit Community for more information. Please note, a Hyland ID is required to access Community.
