As shared previously, in late October Nuxeo technical support transitioned from using Jira.Nuxeo.com to our proven Hyland support systems including Hyland Community. As a result of the migration, Jira.Nuxeo.com is anticipated to be decommissioned Saturday, February 15. Additional changes to Nuxeo Connect will also take place in mid-February. Please note these dates have been adjusted from what was originally communicated.
Please see below for expected impacts and actions.
- Access to Jira.Nuxeo.com: After Saturday, February 15, customers and partners will no longer be able to access or refer to Jira.Nuxeo.com. While content was migrated in October, the site has remained in a read-only mode and was still available for reference. This will end Saturday, February 15, and users will no longer be able to access the site.
- Access to documentation: Customers and partners will no longer be able to access documentation through Jira.Nuxeo.com and will instead be directed to a different public-facing site. While Docs.Nuxeo.com is not changing at this time, the links to Jira in our documentation will no longer function. Follow the below links to access the migrated Nuxeo Jira projects and issues:
Please note: Users can only access the public-facing site via the links provided above, or direct links to specific projects, issues, filters, etc.
- Links to Jira.Nuxeo.com: Any existing links directing to Jira.Nuxeo.com will be broken following the decommission. Information previously found on Jira.Nuxeo.com has been moved to our new public-facing site and is available for customers and partners to access. Existing links will not be updated or redirect to this new public-facing site.
- Nuxeo technical contact changes: Customers will no longer be able to modify technical contacts in Nuxeo Connect starting in mid-February. After this time customers will need to submit technical contact changes to Customer Care via Hyland Community. We encourage customers and partners to begin submitting technical contact changes to Customer Care via Hyland Community now in preparation for this adjustment.
