• Transforming Healthcare Operations with Intelligent Document Processing and Agentic AI — Built for healthcare professionals, HIM teams, and revenue cycle leaders, this immersive session reviews OnBase's integrated Intelligent Medical Record and Intelligent Correspondence for Revenue Cycle solutions to show how IDP and agentic AI are reshaping medical records and billing correspondence processing on top of your existing repository.
• Introduction to Content Innovation Cloud: Automate Core Concepts and Functionality — A hands-on introduction to generative AI fundamentals — RAG, models, agents, and LLMs — and how they show up in the Hyland Insight suite, including prompt engineering, agent configuration, and a look at the integration inside OnBase 25.1. There's even a path here to get involved in Hyland's GenAI Pilot program if you want a seat at the table shaping what comes next.
• Content Innovation Cloud Solutions with Advanced Automate Features — Picks up where the foundational Automate course leaves off, covering third-party process initiation, advanced form features, subprocess connections, and more — the building blocks of scalable, AI-enhanced automation.
• Own Your Conversions with Hyland Migrate — While not AI-branded, this hands-on session on Hyland's newer migration tool is exactly the kind of modernization step that makes legacy content AI-ready in the first place — a theme Hyland has emphasized heavily in its broader Content Innovation Cloud strategy.

Together, these sessions track closely with Hyland's own positioning around the Enterprise Context Engine and Enterprise Agent Mesh — the architecture meant to unify your content and power purpose-built AI agents across your organization.
