We’re excited to share with you a status update on the Community relaunch. Overall, the launch has gone well, and we are proud of the progress made so far. That said, we know that any major shift comes with its own set of challenges, and we want to be fully transparent about where things stand and what we’re doing to improve.

Based on your feedback, we’ve identified three main areas where we’ve heard the most from you:

1. Network Blockages on New Cloud Components
One of the significant changes with this relaunch is moving from a legacy on-premise system to a cloud-first architecture. Our old platform faced moments of downtime and scalability issues. In building this new Community, we focused on resilience, scalability, and accessibility by moving to the cloud. However, with this transition, we’ve discovered that some networks—particularly those with strict internal policies—are blocking certain cloud components of the site.

We understand how disruptive this can be, and we’re working quickly to identify and resolve these issues. If you suspect you are impacted, we encourage you to try accessing Community off-network. Many users have found that logging in from a personal device or at home eliminates the issue. If this works, it’s likely that internal network settings are interfering with site access. If you experience this, please submit a support ticket and include any screenshots or details. It will help us diagnose if it’s part of the broader adjustments we’re making or a unique issue. We want to resolve all these cases.

2. Broken Links and Missing Content
We are aware that some links are not working as intended and certain pieces of content seem to be missing. This was a known challenge in some areas during the migration, and we’ve been actively working on resolutions. Your feedback has been crucial in identifying some of these gaps, and we are listening.

We want you to know that this is a priority for us, and we are making daily strides to restore and correct these issues. Expect more detailed information on this in an upcoming blog post where we will share what has been resolved and what’s still in progress.

3. Integration Across the Community Ecosystem
As we continue to develop a truly integrated community experience, we know that transitions between platforms should be seamless, information should be easily shareable, and the overall experience should feel unified. We absolutely agree, and this is a major part of our roadmap.

Right now, our primary focus is on bugs and settling the new platforms. That said, in the next few sprints, we will be turning our attention to building features that will connect these elements more fluidly. We welcome your continued feedback on this, and we promise to keep you updated in the coming weeks as these enhancements are planned and developed.

More to come
We appreciate your patience and your candid feedback—it’s helping us make Community stronger every day. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, keep sharing your thoughts with us. Together, we are building a better experience.
