2.Testing Server - Cores: 2 / Ram: 8 GB / HDD: * Windows –
Drive F: - 200 GB*
Linux - /opt/alfresco – 200 GB / OS: / - 50 GB / OS: Windows
Server 64bit /
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
3.Production Server - Cores: 8 / Ram: 64 GB / HDD: * Windows
– Drive F: - 500 GB*
Linux - /opt/alfresco – 500 GB / OS: / - 100 GB / OS: Windows
Server 64bit /
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Here is a piece of documentation for 5.1 enterprise. You can use the same for Community Edition, except that you cannot cluster Community Edition.
