I'm not able to log into the latest version of Alfresco Share (CE) with Google Chrome 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build) (64-bit). When entering the correct password, the page attempts to load something and then goes right back to the login page. I am able to log in with Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit) and Internet Explorer 11 without any issues. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi,
Disabling extra chrome plugins might solve your problem.
If problem still persists then please provide console logs.
Thanks,
Kalpesh

Oh, I see the issue. It's an unencrypted redirect where Google Chrome is blocking the login from taking place. So if I go to https://<alfresco_ip>:8443 to get the Welcome to Alfresco page, clicking Alfresco Repository and the Alfresco Share goes to http://<alfresco_ip>:8080, so when I attempt to log in unsecurely, Google Chrome spits out this console message:
This page includes a password or credit card input in a non-secure context. A warning has been added to the URL bar. For more information, see https://goo.gl/zmWq3m.
I think it's something I need to change on my end.

Hi,
I don't think this is a common issue. Please provide more details about how you have configured Alfresco, specifically the authentication chain.
You could also use the Chrome developer console's networking tab to see exactly what is being loaded. Be sure to enable persistent logs.

Hi Mark, I replied to Kalpesh above and I think the issue is Alfresco switching from HTTPS to HTTP during the Alfresco
Share login process. I'll have to search for a way to disable/change the redirect to HTTP from happening. Thanks.
