Restrict the URL from user

I want to restrcit the URL from user , i do not want to access 10.32.43.112:8080/alfresco/webdev/Sites this url  from any user.

I would advise you to create a rewrite rule in the apache / Nginx which will restrict the access of /alfresco/XXX/XXX URLs.
