File Upload with Virus check using ClamAV

What is the best way to screen the files through Alfresco Upload functionality?

     1) Is there any possiblity to screen using "Manage Rules" ?

     2) How can we extend the functionality  through custom-share module to call the ClamAV when ever user tries to upload a file?
