e-mail templates

Good morning, 
I'm trying to understand how to modify the email notifications of additions to a site.
Currently the mail displays for example the address localhost. 127.0.0.1.
I want to prevent this display when notifying employees.

Email templates stored in repository 

/company_home/dictionary/email_templates/...

 Admin can edit this tamplates.
