Download the folder as a zip in ACMS is not working.Folder size is 1 MB

Getting this 'it is not possible to build an archive version of the selected documents' error while trying to download any folder as a zip in ACMS. ing this ''

Is it also failing for admin user or a regular user ? check if the user who is trying to select the nodes and trying to download has appropriate permissions.

Also please check the alfresco.log, catalina.out logs and see if you can spot any run time errors.
