Is capturing document signatures a critical part of your business processes? Are you finding yourself using your Alfresco investment to store document files only to then print those documents out for physical signatures? Are you lacking visibility into knowing which documents are waiting to be signed? Are you paying people to collect your incoming mail, sort through it for signed documents and scan them into Alfresco, then hoping that they’ll magically get reconnected with the original? At Blue Fish, we see these issues with nearly all of our clients. The DocuSign Connector for Alfresco solves these problems! This open source connector allows companies to incorporate electronic signature capture into Alfresco workflows by leveraging the power of the DocuSign API. No more documents getting lost in the mail. No more guessing if a document has been signed. No more unnecessary expenses and delays. Features:
- Simplifies integration between Alfresco and the DocuSign REST API
- Included workflows can be used as-is or modified to tailor the electronic signature capture process specifically to fit your needs
- Ability to launch DocuSign workflows directly from Alfresco Share (via UI or folder rules)
- SDK-style wrapper to DocuSign service makes customizing the Connector incredibly easy

We currently have clients using it through 5.2.x, but no, we have not yet officially upgraded for v6.2. We could certainly tackle this as part of a services engagement though if desired.

We have written a Docusign for Alfresco addon that was released and tested against version 5.2, 6.1 and 6.2. It supports Docusign signatures from either Share , Alfrecso Content Application (ADF) or Digital Workspace. Our project page is here: https://www.seedim.com.au/services/docusign-for-alfresco.
Get in touch if you would like a demo.
