Alfresco process workspace upload file from alfresco repository

I want to upload the file in Process task in Alfresco process workspace from Alfresco repository. I get an option in ADF Application to upload from "Local storage" as well as from "Alfresco-1" as I have configured form field to upload both the sources while creating the form. But when I click on upload from "Alfresco1", I get no response and nothing happens.

Is there any way to Upload the file from alfresco repository provided Out of Box in Alfresco process workspace (ADF Application).

those errors don't seem related to ADF are you using some sort of custom webscript?
