Alfresco Github Repo for Community Edition below 6.x discontinued ?

Hi,

I've use Alfresco Github repo for several years : https://github.com/Alfresco/community-edition-old/

But since a fews days, this repo doesn't exists any more (error 404), and I cannot find it under another name, or any fork.

The GitHub - Alfresco/alfresco-repository  repo seems only to provide source code for ACS 6.x

Does anyone knows where I can find legacy source code for Alfresco Repository before 6.x (GIT repo, not SVN ones indeed) ?

Regards,

Charles

Unless you can find someone who has an old fork of that community-edition GitHub mirror repository that I couldn't via a Google search, you will not find pre-5.2/6.0 code on GitHub. Some of the newer, granular GitHub repositories contain code from 5.2 onwards, some only from some 6.0 dev state onwards. SVN has always been the official system, so they only need to keep this around for providing access to their legacy source - GitHub was just a barely working convenience mirror...

And here is an old post from Richard that talks a bit about that:

Hi all,

Thanks for your anwsers.

It is unfortunate that this project was removed from the Github.

I didn't achieved to find any other Github mirrors, so I begun to build my own. But I'm facing limitations pointed out by Richard's old post. I will publish a link to this repo once I've achieved to build and push it to a public repo.

If any one knows any mirror, feel free to share it.

Regards,

Charles
