I got it to work finally using:

alfresco-community-installer-201609-EA-win-x64

alfresco-rm-community-repo-2.5.a.amp

alfresco-rm-community-share-2.5.a.amp

It's only recently that the Community Edition of Records Management was updated to be compatible with 5.2.

You can now upgrade to ‌, which contains RM 2.5.b
