Active User Task not showing up anywhere in Tasks Tab

However, I can access and claim it by going through the Processes tab (and see that is it indeed Active). This only started happening when moving to Beta. We have exclusively used the Activiti Process Modeler, no hand written code. What could be causing this?

Reset the user group assigned to the task. Seems to be working appropriately now.
