Access to all workflow users

Hello,

We are using alfresco's workflow to create some folders. We have several users on our platform, each one can create folder but we can access to this process only when we are connected to alfresco with the user's account.

We wonder if we have a solution, like an admin account, allowing to access to process's of all users.

In Alfresco 4.1.5 access checks were introduced into the embedded workflows due to some paying customers complaining that processes could be seen by all. Now, only those users involved in the process (initiator, task assignee or someone who already completed a task) can access the process. The only short cut is for the System user and members of GROUP_ALFRESCO_ADMINISTRATORS (or otherwise assigned the ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR).

This is something implemented by Alvex here GitHub - ITDSystems/alvex-manager-dashboard-tasks 

It allows the managers to see all the managees' workflows and tasks.
