The Hyland Community Ambassador Program is returning to Hyland Community and we’re excited to invite Alfresco customers and partners to join. This is the second phase of our transition to Hyland ID, focused on improving and expanding the role of our customer and partner organizations’ ambassadors. This program offers designated ambassadors additional capabilities within the Hyland Community Customer Portal to act as representatives of their respective organizations.

The Hyland Community team is excited to announce an early sign-up process for any interested Alfresco customer or partner to be considered for participation in the Hyland Community Ambassador Program. To participate, selected ambassadors must agree to the terms of the program. They will be trained and enabled to accept ambassador responsibilities, as well as perform the following tasks for contacts of their organization:
- Add existing colleagues to their organization’s account by creating new Hyland IDs for new members
- Remove existing colleagues or contacts associated to their organization’s account who have left the company or no longer have an active contract
- Promote/demote other ambassadors within their organization
- Toggle various on/off “in-site” feature permissions, including the ability to create a support case
