The Let’s Talk survey results about the Hyland upgrade experience are in!

We are excited to share the results from our first Let's Talk survey program. The goal was to understand your perspective about your Hyland product upgrade experience. We learned a lot and saw some great recurring themes from the more than 180 customers and partners who took the survey on Hyland Community.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • You upgrade to reduce security risks
  • You upgrade to improve solution integration
  • You upgrade to the release that has proven reliability
  • You prefer to stay one, two or more releases behind the current release to ensure stability — but that could be at the cost of not taking advantage of improved security and new features
  • You desire additional support and enablement documentation with each release to help upgrades run smoother

Keep the conversation going — participate in the forum discussion on Hyland Community!

The next Let’s Talk survey topic is service. Tell us how you like to be served and how you like to self-serve when working with us. The link to take the new survey will be posted in Hyland Community and will also be listed in next month's customer newsletter.
