Alfresco ID is our new Single Sign On tool that will allow you to access Alfresco Customer Support Portal as well as Alfresco Hub Forums and Alfresco University training materials with one username and password.

Please note your existing password will not work and you will need to request a new password by resetting your password. 

Setting up Alfresco ID is simple and takes less than a minute, you will need to reset your password in order to gain access.

Q. What is my username?

Username is your company email address associated with your Customer Support Portal account.

Q. How do I access the Customer Support Portal

You can still access the support portal from https://support.alfresco.com 

Q.  My Password doesn’t work!

Your old password to access the Customer Support Portal will not work with Alfresco ID. You need to reset your password. Simply enter your email address and a link will be emailed to you where you can enter a new password.  

If you enter your password incorrectly 5 times, this will lock your account. (If this has happened you will receive an email saying please contact your administrator) To unlock your account complete the contact form on the right side of this page and one of our Customer Care Representatives will assist you with unlocking your account.
