wrong location for documents

I have a problem with some documents.
The spaces (created from a template)  are the followings :

- Archived (rule : simple workflow to Redaction)
- Redaction (rule : simple workflow to Validation )
- Validation (rule : simple workflow to Published)
- Published (rule : transformation AND move to archived)


Everything was working fine but SOMETIME, the doc stay in the Published space. The doc is transformed and it get the first rule (simple workflow to Redaction) .

If I do a checkout and check in, then the doc location is the good one (appear in the archived folder).

I still have this problem.
I just wonder if it's an index problem…. :?: :?: :?: (I'm not very clear about index … is it use only for research ?)

- Will I solve this problem if I do a full re index ?
- Is it dangerous ?

Please Help me, I'm lost.  :cry:

I 've an another guess/idea for the cause of this problem.


Maybe I got that because i have one background rule with two action.
One transform, and the other one move the doc.
Is it possible that the doc stay at this place because the second one is executed before the first one ?
And when the transform action is executed it let the document where it was at the begining of the transformation.

Tell me if I'm wrong.
I'm still strugling with this problem.
I forgot to say that i'm working with a 2.9b but I got the same error few month ago with a 2.1
