Workflow Web Service

Hi…I would like to know if it's possible to use web services to manage workflow in Alfresco 2.1?
I read this post:

If it's not possible…what should I do to perform this?

When you say manage ??? What exactly are you looking for ??? Creating, Deleting, Editing, Accessing, or Executing ?

I mean all of them …
