Workflow in Share

Hello all! Thanks in advance for any and all help.

       
         I have no development experience with workflow  in share .
        Anyone would tell me how to build a new workflow in share?
        Any related info or wiki introduction?

1. Get the workflow working in Alfresco Explorer. http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/WorkflowAdministration
2. Make the YahooUI and other UI changes to interact with the workflow from within Share.
