Workflow and e-mail

When you use any of the standard Alfresco workflows, is the person who started the workflow suppose to be notified via email when the workflow has been completed. Or does it just show up in their Task List.

I cannot find anything in the Alfresco help on this.

No, email notification is not out-of-the-box but it could be added by modifying the business process definition.
