When I deployed a workflow to alfresco, it seems anybody can start that workflow. Is it possible to limit the access of workflow by setting user group or user who are allowed to start the workflow.
You can create the evaluator on the start workflow link In that evaluator you can filter out the users to whom you do not want to show that link. But mind it For share and Alfresco Explorer you will have to create different action evaluator.
