Word2003 add-in does not install

Hi,
during installation it apparently tries to connect to Microsoft to download something. We are operating on a network which is not connected to the Internet.

What do we have to download from where and install prior to installaing that plug-in?

The add-in requires the following two components:

.NET 2.0 framework: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=37283

and

Visual Studio 2005 Tools for Office Second Edition runtime: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=79951
