windows2012 fresh installs tomcat won't start

I have a brand new, fresh, clean install of Windows Server 2012 That I have installed the community installation on with all the default settings. I noticed a 404 error and saw that the Tomcat service failed to start. The service refuses to start.

The Tomcat logs say the following:

[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [error] [ 2156] ServiceStart returned 1
[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [info]  [ 1156] Run service finished.
[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [info]  [ 1156] Commons Daemon procrun finished

Yep that's about. Failed creating java….nothing. thanks log file. Any help would be much appreciated.

if you go into alfresco\tomcat\bin and run catalina.bat configtest
you probably see what I see. Error: Could not find or load main class ++JvmOptions=-XX:-DisableExplicitGC

No one seems to have found fix yet? I'm working on it today and will post in new thread if I find resolve.
