Will Alfresco supoorts OpenDocument (OpenOffice 2.0)?

Hi!

Will Alfresco use OpenOffice 2.0 to search contents of MS Office and OpenDocument?

We are intersted by the open document standard.

OpenOffice 2.0 can be used to index MS office docs now.

Simply edit/run the "zstart_oo.bat" or "zstart_oo.sh" script supplied with Alfresco as appropriate for your system.

We have a metadata extractor for openoffice docs coming soon (one of our developers integrated it yesterday - should be in the next nightly build i think)

We have been running successfully with 2.0 for a while now.  Let us know if there are any documents that don't get indexed properly.
