Why I can't find the 'more' option in admin console

The alfresco document says there is a more option in the admin console to provide additional administrative functions.
But in the alfresco 4.0.e community edition, I don't found this tool bar option.
Does this mean these functions are only available in the enterprise edition? I hope not because in the document this is not tagged as enterprise only.

No its not enterprise specific.   But you do have to be "admin" to see that stuff.

Check which client you are using. Explorer or Share?

In Share you will see More option, In explorer you get admin console icon on title bar.
