Where to upload a Workflow Resource Bundles?

Hey All,I've created an advanced workflow, right now I want to create a Resource Bundles for that. After writing a Resource Bundles, where should I upload that file in Data Dictionary space? and what is the file type of a Resource Bundles, is it .xml or .properties?
Would you help me in this regards?

I have quitte the same problem as you but I can't find the solution.

Is there a way to deply resources bundle (.properties for translations) with JBoss jBPM Process Designer tools (Eclipse plugin) (Aditionaly of description workflow file) ?
My goal is to deploy a workflow to a running alfresco instance without restart.

If it's possible, could you please explain me the good way to do this ?
