Where's the trashcan

This feels like the silliest question in the world, but I have just installed & started using 4.2e with the light theme and I cannot find the link to the trashcan.

Where has it gone?

Have I just lost the plot?

Normally under the under the user profile, and then tab furthest to the right. In 4.2e each users now gets their own trashcan, but admin can see all.

Spot on. I was hunting all over the admin-console pages & copying links.
