Where do you create forms?

Hi all.

I'm just looking at tutorials for forms, and each one so far explains that you create them in the Company Home / Data Dictionary / Web Forms folder but we don't have that directory in our build. Which folder should I develop the form inside?

Web Client Extension
Web Scripts or
Web Script Extensions?

Those are WCM forms.     I suspect you don't have WCM installed since the WCM bootstrap creates that folder.
