What license for Alfresco derived project?

I have some question

what type of license i have to adopte if i create new open source project based on Alfresco Community code?

where can I find the text of "Alfresco Public License" ?

what type of license you will choose for the alfresco 1.3 version?

We have used MPL (Mozilla Public License) for our open source project based on Alfresco Community code.

But I wonder if we can use APL for that. Is it possible, or maybe recommended?
