What is the future of Activiti-AngularApp?

I really like the new interface of Activiti-AngularApp. However, I have not seen any new updates to the app itself on github for a long while. I wonder whether
1. it will be fully supported eventually.
2. it will replace the existing activiti-webapp2.

Activiti v6 will contain a new angular based UI yes. https://github.com/Activiti/Activiti-AngularApp is an example.
