What is the correct place to Create Issues?

Hi,

since Codehaus closes down i wonder where Bugs should be reported? (The Websites still states that Bugs should be reported at codehaus)

I used GitHub to Post my issue (since it seems to be allowed and there are other).
Is this OK?
