WHat happened to ReadResult class?

I am trying to compile with alfresco 1.1.2 and axis, and it seems there is a class which is not being generated anymore, and I need that:  org.alfresco.www.ws.service.content.ReadResult

What happened to that class?  Is removed in favor of something else?

Can't seem to find info on this.  Looked in the wiki, but I am fairly wiki impaired and find stuff in the wiki by pure luck.

Hi,

Yes the content web service API was changed in 1.1.2 since we realised there where a number of issues with it.

Have a look here http://www.alfresco.org/mediawiki/index.php/Content_Web_Service for the API specification.

You will now need to use the update method on the repository service to create content, see Sample3 for an example of how to do this.
