webview & RSS dashlets are not multi-tenanciable

Hi,

I'm close to submit a defect into JIRA,
I get - little bit more than - a feeling that webview and RSS share dashlets are not working properly in multi-tenancy configuration.
Indeed, it's possible to store properties of such dashlet only for the main tenancy (@nothing…), and remains impossible for any other tenancies.

Does somebody else have obeserved it yet ?
It seems big enough to suppose I'm not the first to see it.

I believe this was a bug that's been fixed in 3.2r. If it's still a problem, the please do not hesitate to raise an issue in JIRA.
