WebScript Portlet - Custom config page

Hi All,
I'm trying to create a custom "My Spaces" portlet that will default to a specific (per instance) location rather then the logged in users home folder.  I'd Like to configure another argument to be passed to the script (ie defaultloc=/company home/communities/some community).  Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how to get started on this?

I hope to have understood what you are asking for.

I think you cannot create an other WebScript, you can easily configure the path for your MySpaces Portlet appending the path parameter in query string in this way:

http://localhost:8080/alfresco/service/ui/myspaces?p=/Company%20Home/yourCustomSpace

In the above exaple the user will see first your desidered space, but you must assure he can have read permission on the space.
