WebDAV / CIFS and UUID

Hi,

I access alfresco using webservices to list folder contents. How can i get the CIFS or WebDAV url to a item/folder if i only have the UUID?

From other ECM systems i know, you can use special pathes. Instead of \\server\folder\subfolder\… you can use \\server\nodes\12345 (where 12345 is the unique id)

Is there a similar option in alfresco or some generic code to create a webdav / cifs path from a UUID?

Well you should know the protocol as well as the identifier to make sure retrieving the right one from the repository:
