Hi,
I am able to connect to alfresco via webdav and navigate the folders. But when I drag and drop files into a space I get a error "An error occured while copying some or all of the selected files".
At the same time if save a word document from with in word into that folder its working fine. What am I missing.
Environment:
Windows XP
Alfresco 1.4 used default installation.
Regards,
–Ram.

I'm seeing the same behavior with Alfresco 1.4 (JBoss) running on Linux. Windows client machines can save to WebDAV from within, say, MS Word, but copying files results in the error mentioned above. What do I need to do to get drag and drop and copy and paste to work in Windows Explorer?

As far as I remember, this is a known issue with 1.4.0.
You have to upgrade to 1.4.x (enterprise) or to 2.0 community.
In the second case it's perhaps a good idea to wait for the (soon) 2.1 final release
